LLC "Saltivskiy meat processing plant" was founded in 2000, in 2006 it became one of the five largest Ukrainian producers of sausages and meat products. It was the Saltivsky meat processing plant that initiated the creation of the SMK Group in 2007.
The enterprise uses modern technologies and equipment from the leading European manufaсturers: HANDTMAN (Germany), POLY-CLIP (Germany), MULTIVAC (Germany), SUPERVAC (Germany), PANINI (Italy), ULMA (Spain), NOVOTHERM (Austria), NOWICKI (Poland), REX-POL (Poland) and others.
The enterprises operate a food safety management system in accordance with the requirements DSTU 4161-2003, the quality is monitored by technologists and by a veterinary laboratory. This ensures food safety and consistent product quality.
