The HR department of SMK Group is constantly working on improving the qualifications of employees and providing trainings and courses for specialists. In-house training is provided by industry professionals. Middle managers train employees within their departments.
In 2021, SMK Group plans to create a corporate university and is preparing an HR partnership program with Ukrainian universities. A system of career lifts for young professionals is under development.
