Meat processing is the main activity of SMK Group. The holding includes 4 meat processing enterprises, 17 types of products, more than 2000 assortment items under 7 trademarks that produce. The production uses domestic and imported ingredients: raw meat, spices and food additives, natural and artificial casings and packaging. SMK Group technologists carefully preserve the classic meat processing technologies and constantly work out innovative directions, new recipes and tastes.

Product quality is controlled at all stages: incoming control, storage of raw materials and ingredients, production, storage and distribution of ready to use products. Experts develop recipes and tastes, test new packaging technologies: vacuum, gas, different types and shapes of casings.
